Former Navitas Midstream Executive David Wilhelm Rejoins Locke Lord as Partner in Houston

(HOUSTON) October 17, 2022 – David Wilhelm has rejoined Locke Lord’s Energy and Infrastructure Practice Group as a Partner in the Firm’s Houston office.

Wilhelm most recently served as Vice President, Business Development for Navitas Midstream Partners. Previously, he was Assistant General Counsel for Kinder Morgan. Earlier in his career, Wilhelm was an Associate with Locke Lord.
