Richard Reibstein, co-head of Locke Lord’s Independent Contractor Misclassification and Compliance Practice, was quoted by Law360 about an appeal taken by Uber, Postmates and several workers before the Ninth Circuit, arguing California's independent contractor classification law infringes on their constitutional rights.
