Robert Miller Quoted by Law.com's The Mid-Market Report on Challenges for Midsize Firms Lobbying in Texas Legislature

Robert Miller, Chair of Locke Lord’s Texas Public Law Section and Co-Chair of the Firm’s Public Law and Policy Practice Group, was quoted by Law.com’s The Mid-Market Report discussing lobbying practices at midsize firms in Texas.

Miller noted most firms active at the Texas Legislature are either large or small firms, adding that it may be harder for midsize firms to support the cost of a lobbying practice.

“You either need a lot of clients to spread that out … or you just have a much smaller [practice] or specialize in a specific area,” he said.
