Boston’s Richard Glovsky, Co-Chair of Locke Lord’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, was quoted in an article after a Texas federal judge ruled against the U.S. Department of Labor, saying it improperly used a salary-level test to determine overtime-exempt employees.
Glovsky noted: “Judge Mazzant has ‘leapfrogged the appeal,’ which was based on the preliminary injunction, in ruling on the merits of the case.”
