Boston’s Richard Glovsky, Co-Chair of Locke Lord’s Labor & Employment Practice Group, commented on a brief filed by the U.S. Department of Labor regarding the issue of overtime-exempt employees. Glovsky noted: “What I found most interesting about it is that it essentially agreed with the Obama administration’s position on the issue of the DOL’s authority to change the salary basis test.”
