Sean Page Joins Locke Lord as Partner in London Office; Helps Expand London Corporate Practice

9 January 2017 – Sean Page has joined Locke Lord’s London office as a Partner in the Firm’s Corporate Practice Group. Page has broad experience advising corporate and institutional clients on a wide range of corporate matters and will add additional depth to the London based Corporate team.

Page's work includes public and private M&A as well as equity capital markets transactions, often with a cross-border element. He is a frequent visitor to China and has significant experience of advising private and state-owned Chinese clients in acquiring, investing or raising finance in the UK and Europe. He also focuses on the financial services sector, in particular acting for large audit firms, insurers and asset management firms.
