Evan Drutman’s practice focuses primarily on structured finance, asset-based lending and complex financial transactions. He has represented nearly every variety of market participant in securitizations of mortgage, home equity loans, commercial loans and other asset classes, utilizing most forms of tax and cash-flow structures and forms of credit enhancement. He counsels Fortune 500 and boutique financing companies on asset purchases and sales, whole loan transactions, repurchase agreements and various structured transactions.

Denise Hanna, Co-Chair of the Firm’s Health Care Practice Group, has been involved in health care legal and public policy matters for more than 20 years. Hanna concentrates her practice on representing health insurance companies and managed care organizations in legal matters, corporate and transactional matters and in regulatory and administrative proceedings. She has closely tracked the enactment of federal health reform and continues to advise clients on implementation issues, compliance obligations and strategic opportunities under the Affordable Care Act and related state reforms. Hanna was featured in Law 360’s “Female Powerbrokers Q&A Series” in December 2013, and recently named to the “2015 Most Influential Black Lawyers” list by Savoy magazine
