CLE International's 29th Annual Texas Wetlands Conference

Elizabeth Mack spoke at CLE International's 29th Annual Texas Wetlands Conference, taking place March 28-29, 2019 in Houston. Her session was "Wetlands and Private Property: Regulatory Takings, Inverse Condemnation, and Flooding Issues." 

For nearly 30 years, CLE International and this Conference have kept you up-to-date on current wetlands issues all across Texas, from the bottomland hardwoods and coastal prairies in Eastern Texas, across riparian and spring-fed wetlands in the Hill Country and Great Plains regions, to the playa lakes, springs, and arroyos of West and Northwest Texas.
