ABOMA 2018 Continuing Education Seminar

Kevin Kelly spoke at the ABOMA 2018 Continuing Education Seminar in Chicago on June 12th. Theyspoke on the topic of "Employee Issues." 

The Apartment Building Owners and Managers Association (ABOMA) has effectively represented and served the high-rise residential property industry in the Chicago area. ABOMA is a not-for-profit Association whose officers and directors serve on a voluntary basis. Additional topics covered at the seminar included:

• NEW Energy Benchmarking Requirements - City of Chicago
• Employee Progressive Discipline (verbal warnings, write ups, suspensions and terminations)
• NEW ABOMA Janitorial Labor Agreement
• Billing Process and Benefits - SEIU Local 1 Health Pension and 401(k) Funds
• Employee Training - Janitorial and Door Staff mandatory and optional training
