National Association of Bond Lawyers (NABL) Tax and Securities Law Institute

Todd Cooper was a Panel Chair at the 2018 Tax and Securities Law Institute (TSLI), February 22-23, 2018 in Phoenix, Arizona. Todd chaired the Tax Hot Topics panel which focused on new developments and areas of current concern, including a review of any new guidance (such as the revised proposed TEFRA regulations and current guidance on audits). More than 400 top public finance professionals are expected to gather in Phoenix for the NABL Institute. Attendees spent a day and a half days discussing the latest news and information affecting the public finance industry.
