Locke Lord Texas Team Advises DWR Development on OST Lofts Project in Houston

Locke Lord’s Austin Affordable Housing Team recently closed a transaction for DWR Development, which will construct and own OST Lofts, a 130-unit mixed income rental complex. DWR Development partnered with the Tejano Center for Community Concerns, Inc., a local nonprofit, and received financing from Amegy Bank, the National Equity Fund and the City of Houston. In addition to serving households with incomes between 30% and 60% of AMI, the property will include a pre-kindergarten facility for the residents and surrounding neighborhood. The Locke Lord team included Cynthia Bast (Austin), Jani Lotz (Dallas), Sam Hagerty, Chris Richardson and Rick Morrow (all of Austin).
