Locke Lord Represents Textron Aviation in Acquisition of Mistequay Group

A Locke Lord team led by Jim Cavanagh (Providence) represented Textron Aviation Inc. in its acquisition of Mistequay Group, Ltd., a Michigan-based supplier of precision components for the aerospace and defense industries.
