Locke Lord Represents White Deer Energy in Sale of Patriot Completion Solutions to Ranger Energy Services

A Locke Lord team led by Joe Perillo and Jennie Simmons (both of Houston) represented White Deer Energy in the sale of portfolio company Patriot Completion Solutions LLC (d/b/a Patriot Well Solutions) to Ranger Energy Services, Inc., for an undisclosed value. Patriot is a market leader for wireline evaluation and intervention services. The all-stock transaction closed May 14, 2021.
