Texas Team Represents Nutex Health in Business Combination With Clinigence Holdings

A Locke Lord team led by Joe Perillo, Jennie Simmons and Gislar Donnenberg (all of Houston) represented Nutex Health Holdco, one of the largest independent operators of micro-hospitals and hospital outpatient departments in the United States, in a business combination with Clinigence Holdings, Inc. The newly combined company, which will continue under the name Nutex Health Inc., brings together two complementary health care organizations. For more information, see the press release.
