Houston Team Secures Decision in Favor of Hunting Energy Services

A Locke Lord team led by Emma Doineau (Houston) secured a ruling in favor of Hunting Energy Services, LLC. Hunting Energy Services brought claims for declaratory judgment, breach of contract and negligence, including approximately $2 million in damages, plus attorneys’ fees and declaration of indemnity associated with a $15-$20 million third-party claim. The case was tried in August 2021 with a judgment issued on September 29, 2021.
