A Locke Lord team represented Venture Metals, LLC, a leading provider of industrial recycling services, in a strategic investment from Mill Rock Capital Management LP. In connection with Mill Rock’s investment, Venture also acquired Versatile Processing Group, Inc. (VPG), combining two leading U.S. metal recycling solution providers.
