Administrative and Regulatory Team Assists With $1.5 Billion Mixed-Use Indigo Ridge North Development Project in Cedar Park, Texas

A Locke Lord team is representing Indigo Ridge Development Partners, LLC in the development of the $1.5 billion mixed-use Indigo Ridge North development project in Cedar Park, Texas. The 155-acre project will contain more than 5 million square feet of commercial and residential development, including restaurants, offices, hotels, residences, shops and entertainment venues planned as well as the intended headquarters of the U.S. Tennis Association Texas. Indigo Ridge North is expected to be built over six phases, beginning immediately. Additional team members included Tai Tran and Brian O’Reilly (both of Austin), Kirk Dillard (Chicago) and Derrick Carson (Houston).
