Houston Team Represents EnCap Flatrock Midstream in Initial Venture Capital Commitment in Clear Creek Midstream

A Locke Lord team led by Eric Larson (Houston) represented EnCap Flatrock Midstream in an initial $300 million venture capital commitment in Clear Creek Midstream, LLC. EnCap Flatrock Midstream is currently making commitments to new management teams from EFM Fund IV, a $3.25 billion fund. Clear Creek, headquartered in Houston, Texas, is an independent energy company focused on the development of midstream infrastructure for oil and gas producers working in shale plays across North America. Additional team members included Bill Swanstrom, Ryan Morgan and Jeff McPhaul (all of Houston).
