A large team of Edwards Wildman lawyers represented longtime client PTC in its acquisition of Enigma Information Systems Ltd., an Israeli software developer. The acquisition was finally effective on July 11. PTC, a $3.3 billion Nasdaq-listed company based in Massachusetts (formerly Parametric Technology Corporation), transforms the way manufacturers create and service products across the product lifecycle, from conception and design to sourcing and service. Enigma’s software will enable PTC’s service lifecycle management solution customers to amass, digitize, and deliver technical content that was created outside the PTC platform.
The team worked closely with World Law Group member firm, Herzog Fox & Neeman of Tel Aviv, which is PTC’s regular Israeli counsel. Terms of the deal have not been announced.
