Abigail Van Hook is a commercial litigator who represents companies in business disputes of all sizes. Abigail has experience defending clients against claims and class action lawsuits brought under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, Fair Credit Reporting Act and RICO. Her practice includes internal and government investigations, arbitrations and all phases of trial in both state and federal court.
Abigail is passionate about using the power of advocacy to advance justice and maintains a robust pro bono practice.
