Paul Stinson has nearly fifteen years of experience representing aviation companies from North America and Europe, including defending against wrongful death, personal injury and commercial claims in state and federal courts around the country. He works as lead national product liability defense counsel for some of the world’s largest aircraft manufacturers located in Europe and their U.S. affiliates, and has also represented integrated avionics manufacturers in U.S. litigation stemming from aircraft accidents. Paul is especially well versed in representing foreign and domestic corporations through all stages of dispute resolution in the United States, including mediation, trial and appeal. His practice focuses on highly complex and technical issues of aircraft and component design and manufacturing, U.S. and foreign governmental regulation of aircraft and their operation, and intricate analyses and application of multi-state, national and international laws.
