Lana serves as counsel to real estate funds, developers, high-net-worth individuals, and institutional and non-institutional investors in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions.

Lana brings with her several years of experience as a business litigator. Her experience as a litigator gives her the foresight to see issues of concern and to advise clients of potential future pitfalls.
Lana received her juris doctor from Pepperdine University School of Law where she served as a Board Member for the Geoffrey H. Palmer Center for Entrepreneurship and the Law in the real estate track. Lana was also elected to represent Pepperdine nationally in three ABA Negotiation and Mediation competitions and internationally at the International Chamber of Commerce Mediation Competition in Paris.
During law school, Lana served as a judicial extern for the Hon. Ernest M. Robles, U.S. Bankruptcy Judge. Lana is certified in Dispute Resolution from the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution and has mediated dozens of cases on behalf of the Los Angeles Superior Court.
