Kenzi’s experience includes assisting in the representation of:
- Chicago Pacific Founders as the lead investor in a private investment in public equity (PIPE) offering by P3 Health Partners Inc., a patient-centered and physician-led population health management company, resulting in gross proceeds to P3 Health of approximately $90 million
- Numerous private equity, venture capital, and mezzanine funds, including Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs), in all stages of formation and development, including preparing fund formation, partnership and private offering documents
