Connor Parent focuses his practice on corporate law, particularly in the transactional space.

Connor represents lenders, private companies, financial institutions and investors in a variety of corporate and financial transactions, including debt financings and mergers and acquisitions. He also has some experience assisting clients in relation to political activities.

Connor’s experience includes assisting in the representation of:

• An international buyer in a $500M+ cross-border acquisition
• A publicly traded financial institution in a $275M acquisition financing
• A public company in a $250M+ note offering and refinancing
• Phoenix Tower International, a wireless communications infrastructure provider, in the closing of a cross-border credit facility
• Private equity sellers and buyers in mergers and acquisitions and debt finance transactions
• A private company in formulating guidelines for political contribution
