Carmen Olivares focuses her practice on assisting middle-market companies in connection with a variety of transactional needs, including leveraged buyouts, mergers and acquisitions and general corporate counseling. Particularly, she has worked with companies in the franchise and brand consumer products industry throughout the various stages of the brand’s life cycle.
Carmen is also an experienced skateboarder, surfer and backpacker. Since learning to skateboard in 2020, she has won a women’s skateboarding competition and participated in several skateboarding-related advertising campaigns for companies such as Facebook, GrlSwirl, Carver Skateboards and Blenders Eyewear.
