Christopher Larson devotes his diverse legal experience to serving clients with a wide range of real estate matters involving the acquisition, disposition, leasing, financing and development of commercial properties, with a concentration on multifamily and industrial sites located in the Sun Belt region of the United States. Clients rely on him for counsel at every stage of the transaction, from contract negotiations to closing, and pre-development to operation.

Before joining Locke Lord, Christopher served as a full-time public interest attorney at Legal Aid of NorthWest Texas, where he managed a caseload of over 100 legal aid matters and authored its first-ever comprehensive practice guide to Texas occupational/essential needs licenses and license suspensions. He remains actively involved in Firm pro bono activities, such as advising Advocates for Community Transformation clients concerning public nuisance complaints.

  • First-chair counsel in purchases and leasing of large portfolios of warehouse sites ‎in the greater Atlanta metropolitan area
  • Representation of a national developer in the acquisition and pre-development ‎phases of a $120 million apartment complex in Dallas
  • Representation of a nationally recognized real estate holdings company in a multi-tier ‎transaction involving 2,200 acres of raw land for mixed-use development in ‎North Texas
  • Counsel for a Texas developer in construction financing deals for ‎multifamily projects throughout North and Central Texas
  • Assisted in representation of a global real estate asset manager in various acquisitions and loans ‎involving multifamily and industrial properties in Arizona, California, Nevada and Texas
