Alex Lancey handles all aspects of litigation matters from inception through trial. She helps clients navigate complex business litigation and dispute resolution, including employment matters, contract disputes and post-transactional disputes.
Alex assists clients with various government and internal investigations relating to allegations of fraud, Anti-Kickback statute violations, False Claims Act violations and misconduct related to other regulatory and compliance matters.

Alex also helps clients navigate matters involving state and federal antitrust issues, including pre-merger notification, private litigation and matters involving the Federal Trade Commission.
During law school, Alex interned at the U.S. Department of Labor, and for the Hon. John J. McConnell Jr. of the U.S. District Court for the District of Rhode Island.
Alex is licensed in Rhode Island and Massachusetts only. Her Texas bar admission is pending.
