Sean A. Feener

Sean Feener focuses his practice on advising debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, investors and other parties-in-interest in all aspects of complex corporate restructurings.

Prior to joining Locke Lord, Sean worked in the New York offices of two other major law firms where he served on teams representing clients in a wide range of restructuring matters, including in chapter 11 cases, out-of-court strategic transactions and distressed acquisitions.
