Caleb Dunson

Caleb Dunson's practice consists of a wide range of real estate transactions. Caleb represents lenders, borrowers, developers, purchasers, sellers, landlords and tenants in various real estate transactions, including the construction, acquisition, disposition, financing, development, management and leasing of industrial projects, office buildings, retail shopping centers, multi-family projects, unimproved land and mixed-use projects.

Caleb also represents financial institutions and mortgage companies in bilateral and syndicated mortgage repurchase agreements and mortgage securities contracts that fit within Bankruptcy Code safe harbors for warehousing residential and commercial mortgage loans, and in credit agreements to finance mortgage servicing rights (MSRs) and servicing advances.

In addition to his real estate and banking work, Caleb also regularly assists individual and corporate clients in the purchasing, selling, leasing, financing, owning and operating aircraft.
