Dominic J. DeMarco

Dominic DeMarco concentrates his practice on real estate law. He has experience representing buyers and sellers in acquisitions and dispositions of commercial and residential real estate. Dominic has experience representing clients from inception of the deal through closing, including drafting and negotiating purchase and sale agreements, reviewing title and survey and representing borrowers and lenders in connection with acquisition financing. A portion of his practice also includes representing landlords in office and retail leasing matters. He has additional corporate experience in private mergers and acquisitions, venture capital transactions and corporate governance and compliance.

Prior to going into private practice, he served as in-house counsel for Black Lion Investment Group, Inc.
