Kyle Davis is a member of the Firm's Board of Directors. She provides counsel in a variety of commercial real estate and finance transactions. Kyle represents banks, insurance companies and other institutional borrowers and lenders in commercial construction and term loans secured by industrial parks, senior health care facilities, multifamily projects, office buildings, retail shopping centers and condominium projects. She also regularly assists clients in the acquisition, asset management and disposition of various types of real property assets. Additionally, Kyle has extensive experience in joint ventures, commercial leasing, health care, transportation and hospitality transactions as well as representing developers in connection with the construction and development of multifamily, retail, industrial and mixed-used projects.

Kyle's representative experience includes:
- Representation of institutional lenders in commercial loans secured by senior health care facilities, multifamily projects, office buildings, retail shopping centers and condominium projects
- Acquisition and financing of over 40 multifamily properties in Texas, Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Oklahoma, Missouri, North Carolina and South Carolina
- Advised investment company in complex acquisitions and dispositions of mixed-use waterfront properties
- Representation of a financial services firm in connection with a joint venture for a multi-building office complex
- Counseled developers in connection with property acquisition, development, financing and disposition of residential subdivisions, retail centers, industrial parks and mixed-used projects
- Assisted in representing regional tollway authority in real estate acquisition and construction transactions
- Acquisition and development of senior independent and assisted living facility in Austin, Texas
- Acquisition and sale of 12 skilled nursing/assisted living facilities in Iowa
- Representation of financial services firm in loans to investment fund aggregating in excess of $200 million
