Ryan A. Cunningham

Ryan Cunningham focuses his practice on construction and commercial litigation/arbitration. He has second-chair jury trial experience, including direct and cross examination of fact and expert witnesses, as well as arguing motions in limine, directed verdict, exhibits and jury charge. Ryan has additional experience in commercial real estate transactions, and corporate formation and organization.

• Obtained arbitration award for real estate developer against contractor for breach of contract and fraud
• Defended international architecture firm against unmeritorious nine-figure breach-of-contract, fraud, negligence and fiduciary duty claims made by real-estate developer
• Obtained multi-million-dollar settlement on behalf of publicly-traded global steel pipe manufacturer and supplier in commercial contract case involving breach of contract and security interests
• Obtained settlements for publicly-traded pipeline owner in eight-figure litigation in Texas and Oklahoma
