Katherine Culbertson focuses her practice on loan enforcement, bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency matters and related litigation and counseling. She regularly works with clients on commercial foreclosure, commercial mortgage-backed securities (CMBS) litigation and workouts and complex receivership matters.
Prior to joining the Firm, she was a Judicial Clerk for the Hon. Brian D. Lynch in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Washington.
