Katherine Culbertson concentrates her practice in bankruptcy, restructuring and insolvency matters and related litigation and counseling. Katherine advises debtors, secured and unsecured creditors, bondholders, investors and other parties-in-interest in all aspects of complex corporate restructurings.
Her recent matters include engagements in finance and lending, cryptocurrency, insurance and telecommunication sectors.
Prior to joining the Firm, Katherine was a Judicial Clerk for the Hon. Brian D. Lynch in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, Western District of Washington.
