Caron Byrd concentrates her practice on affordable housing and real estate transactions. Previously, Caron represented the Alabama Housing Finance Authority on matters related to its housing tax credit and HOME programs.
She also has experience representing national and local developers, sponsors and investors in acquisition, financing, development, leasing and disposition of real estate.
Caron was chosen as a 2022-2023 Associate Advancement Academy for Excellence Fellow by the National Bar Association. This fellowship is specifically designed to facilitate the advancement and retention of Black American attorneys within their first three years of practice in Am Law 200 firms.
