Shawn Brenhouse litigates commercial cases involving secured debt, consumer credit and real estate in federal and New York State courts. He has represented mortgage banks and investors and advised lenders on commercial and residential real estate loan origination, debt collection practices and New York real estate litigation. Additionally, he has lectured as a panelist at industry conferences on issues of real estate litigation, mortgage lending, securitized loan trusts and consumer finance protection.
