Yemi’s experience includes assisting in the representation of:

  • Administrative agent and lenders in syndicated acquisition loans and construction loans secured by medical office, senior housing and life science portfolios located across the U.S.
  • National and regional lenders in connection with loan restructurings, workouts, assumptions and modifications ranging in loan amounts from $10,000,000 to $350,000,000
  • A joint venture in connection with the financing and due diligence for a $306 million multi-state acquisition of five retail portfolio projects, including lease reviews, negotiation of loan documents, title and survey review and drafting of entity formation documents
  • Multifamily developer in the negotiation and arbitration of various HOA pre-suit mediations, turnover disputes and construction defect claims
  • Developers and other investors in the structuring, negotiation and drafting of various multi-million dollar purchases, sales and leasebacks of commercial real property
