Houston Team Represents Amp Americas in Sale of 20 ampCNG Fueling Stations to American Natural Gas

A Locke Lord team led by Kevin Peter and Jennie Simmons (all of Houston) represented Amp Americas in the sale of its 20 ampCNG fueling stations to American Natural Gas LLC for $41 million. The transaction closed June 14, 2019. Amp Americas will continue to own and operate Renewable Dairy Fuels, an Indiana biogas operations unit. Additional assistance was provided by Mark Miller and Tammi Niven (all of Houston).
