Locke Lord represented Searchlight Capital Partners in its growth equity investment in PatientPoint Holdings, Inc. The deal closed June 26, 2017 for an undisclosed sum. PatientPoint provides patient and physician engagement solutions across all points of care. The Locke Lord team included Pete Barrett and Bob Baute (both of Providence), David Ruediger and Jonathan Young (both of Boston) and Buddy Sanders (Houston).
