Locke Lord Represents Shoreline Energy in Matters Regarding Acquisition of Properties From Dune Energy as Part of Bankruptcy Proceedings

Locke Lord Partners Phil Eisenberg and Rick Kuebel represented Shoreline Energy in matters regarding the recent acquisition of properties from Dune Energy Inc. by White Marlin Oil and Gas Company in Dune’s bankruptcy proceedings. Shoreline, an operator of many of the wells involved, was also a substantial creditor to the Dune operating system. Eisenberg and Kuebel’s efforts on behalf of the Firm client and experience with oil and gas bankruptcies resulted in the recovery of fees for Shoreline and favorable results for the energy operating company.
