Massachusetts Port Authority – GARB Revenue Bonds, Series 2012-A and Series 2012-B

Edwards Wildman has served as disclosure counsel to the Massachusetts Port Authority with respect to all of its financings since 1997. Most recently, it served in this capacity in connection with Massport’s $116,785,000 Revenue Bonds, Series 2012-A and $158,830,000 Revenue Refunding Bonds, Series 2012-B, issued in July 2012. Proceeds of these bonds were used to finance capital improvements at Logan International Airport in Boston and to refund certain prior tax-exempt obligations of the Authority. As disclosure counsel, lawyers at Edwards Wildman work with Massport’s staff, the underwriters and their counsel to develop the appropriate disclosure for Massport’s offering documents. The firm also assists Massport with its ongoing disclosure obligations.
