City of Yorkville Landfill Litigation
Our Environmental, Real Estate, and Real Estate Litigation lawyers successfully represented the City of Yorkville, Illinois, in its defense of its decision to reject the application for the siting of a municipal solid waste landfill. After public hearings and the city’s victory in a hearing before the Illinois Pollution Control Board, the Illinois Appellate Court rejected the opposing party’s appeal in 2011.
