Ampersand Investment in Modified Polymer Components, Inc.
In July 2011, our lawyers represented Ampersand Capital Partners in the acquisition of a majority interest in Modified Polymer Components, Inc. through a newly-formed holding company. The transaction involved an issuance and sale of Series A Preferred Stock and Senior Secured Promissory Notes. Ampersand Capital Partners is a private equity firm based in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
