2024 Collier Handbook for Creditors’ Committees

David Kupetz, Partner in Locke Lord’s Los Angeles office, authored the 2024 edition of the Collier Handbook for Creditors’ Committees published by LexisNexis. The newest edition contains all the practical guidance and legal analysis members of a committee and committee counsel need for participation in the debtor’s reorganization, with forms, sample documents and more. The handbook has been fully updated to reflect the latest changes in the law and contains the latest advice, analysis and case law on all aspects of creditors’ committees in chapter 11 cases, out-of-court workouts, chapter 7 liquidation cases and chapter 9 municipal debt adjustment cases.
