Texas Insurance Commissioner Sullivan has announced his resignation following a three-year tenure at the agency. Sullivan has held the post since October 2017, and intends to return to the private sector. Texas Governor Greg Abbott will appoint Sullivan’s successor, who must be confirmed by the Texas Legislature.
