Kentucky: On August 28, the Kentucky Department of Insurance (DOI) sent commercial/business liability insurers an email requesting information regarding premium relief efforts by the insurers following an increase in complaints from policyholders about premium increases. Insurers are asked to provide responses to specific questions no later than close of business Sept. 18, 2020.
