Delaware: On July 6, Governor Carney issued the Fourth Extension to the State of Emergency declaration. The Extension is for 30 days. All provisions of the State of Emergency and its Twenty-Three Modifications currently in place shall remain in full force and effect until terminated in accordance with state law.
Florida: On July 7, Governor DeSantis issued Executive Order 20-166, extending Executive Order 20-52 which declared a State of Emergency, for 60 days. The Order extends any executive order issued in relation to Florida’s recovery stipulated under Executive Order 20-139.
