Health Insurance

Washington: On June 2, Commissioner Kreidler further extended Emergency Order 20-01, previously extended until June 3, 2020, to extend until July 3, 2020. This Order requires all state-regulated health insurance plans and short-term limited duration medical plans to waive copays and deductibles for any consumer requiring testing for coronavirus (COVID-19), among other related provisions.
