    Texas Department of Insurance Posts Extension Schedule for Insurer Financial Filings

    The Texas Department of Insurance has posted a bulletin announcing the extension of selected filing deadlines and a modification of filing requirements for reporting insurers.

    Insurance Code Chapter 823, Insurance Holding Company Systems Section 823.059, relating to filing annual enterprise risk report (Form F) 45 days for April 30th filers
    28 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 7, Corporate and Financial Regulation Section 7.68(f)(3), relating to annual and quarterly supplements, including, but not limited to, Management’s Discussion and Analysis, due on or before April 1 45 days
    28 Texas Administrative Code Chapter 7, Corporate and Financial Regulation Section 7.83(f)(1), relating to appeal of examination reports, 14 days for first level appeal 14 days for reports transmitted before April 30th
