Locke Lord Partner and Chairman of the Regional Transportation Authority (RTA) Kirk Dillard will speak at a City Club of Chicago luncheon on May 20 at Maggiano’s Banquets. Chairman Dillard and the RTA Board oversee the nation’s second-largest public transportation system, which serves more than eight million residents in Cook, DuPage, Kane, Lake, McHenry and Will counties in Illinois. The mission of the City Club of Chicago is to provide a forum for the discussion of civic and public affairs in Chicago, the metropolitan area and the State of Illinois.
