Locke Lord to Co-Sponsor Term Sheet Workshop

The Firm will co-sponsor “Take It or Leave It: Live Term Sheet Negotiation from Both Sides of the Table” with the Hartford InsurTech Hub at the Spotlight Theater in Hartford, CT on March 28^th. The event will feature a panel discussion and workshop on the ins-and-outs of Term Sheets with a focus on the InsurTech industry. Both startups and investors will be interested in this dynamic program. Locke Lord partners Alan Levin and Kathleen Swan will participate in the mock negotiation/panel discussion.
